Modirum, a global leader in innovative 3-D Secure Payment Authentication solutions, is excited to announce that Modirum’s 3-D Secure Server is now successfully certified by eftpos, Australia’s domestic payments network. eftpos is part of Australian Payments Plus (AP+), Australia’s domestic payments organization that also includes BPAY and the New Payments Platform.
This year’s Mastercard LAC Innovation Forum will take place from November 28-29, 2023, at the Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami, USA. The event concept of “transcendence” in payments, around which Mastercard experts, industry leaders, and innovators will convene, aims to explore the new possibilities emerging in the reshaped payment landscape.

As previously announced, Modirum participated as an exhibitor at this year’s Seamless Europe 2023 event. The conference took place on the 18th and 19th of October at Messe, Berlin. EMVCo Technical Associates meeting will be organized in Berlin during Monday 9th to Thursday 12th of May, 2022. This is the first EMVCo face-to-face event since the Covid-19 pandemic. Modirum team will participate in the event from Monday to Thursday.

Fintech company Bankograph enters into partnership with Modirum to offer its EMV 3DS 2.2 and Payment Card Industry (PCI) certified Access Control Server (ACS) service, to clients in Indochina. As a result of this partnership, Cambodia Asia Bank (CAB) has selected Modirum ACS service to significantly reduce online fraud while being compliant with the latest developments of the EMV 3DS protocol. This offers a significant opportunity for the CAB to improve its conversion rates in e-commerce transactions, improving authorization rates for merchants and protecting consumers’ financial data.
Modirum 3DS SDKs for iOS and Android have always been among the first ones to be certified by EMVCo. As the EMVCo Letters of Approval are valid for two years, our SDKs were among the first that had to be re-certified.
Modirum has been working with EMVCo 3DS Working Group to create a POC implementation of a planned EMV 3DS 2.3 feature, Browser-SDK. This Split-SDK based implementation allows 3DS Requestors to implement an App-based 3DS flow in a browser environment using Javascript technology.

Modirum ACS and MPI/3DSS have passed Mastercard ID Check certification for EMV 3DS protocol version 2.2. Both products serve a big number of Mastercard members who can now start utilizing the 2.2 features.
